Perla Affumicata

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz mezcal

1 oz homemade pear nectar

0.5 oz ginger syrup

0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

0.25 oz honey

Ice cubes

Pear slice, for garnish

PREPARATION:

Combine 1.5 oz of mezcal, 1 oz of homemade pear nectar, 0.5 oz of ginger syrup, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.25 oz of honey in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pear slice arranged elegantly on the rim of the glass.

Serve the Perla Affumicata immediately, enjoying the smoky depth of mezcal, the sweet and fresh flavor of pear nectar, the spicy warmth of ginger syrup, and the bright citrusy note of lemon juice balanced with honey. This cocktail is perfect for a refined and unique tasting experience.
