Alba di Albicocca
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz bourbon
0.75 oz apricot nectar
0.5 oz maple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
Ice sphere
Orange twist, for garnish
PREPARATION:
Combine 2 oz of bourbon, 0.75 oz of apricot nectar, 0.5 oz of maple syrup, and 2 dashes of orange bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently for about 20-30 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and properly diluted.
Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass with a large ice sphere. Garnish with a long, elegant orange twist by expressing the oils over the glass before placing it on the rim.
