CRESTA DORATA

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz bourbon

0.5 oz Galliano

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

0.5 oz ginger syrup

2 dashes orange bitters

Ice cubes

Grapefruit twist, for garnish

PREPARATION:

Combine 1.5 oz of bourbon, 0.5 oz of Galliano, 1 oz of fresh grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz of ginger syrup, and 2 dashes of orange bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist by expressing the oils over the glass and placing it on the rim.

Serve the Alba Dorata immediately, enjoying the rich and smooth flavors of bourbon, the sweet and herbal notes of Galliano, the refreshing tartness of grapefruit juice, and the warm spiciness of ginger syrup.
