THE ALCHEMIST

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ oz. AMARO DELL’ ERBORISTA

¾ oz. Oloroso-Style Sherry

¼ oz. Brown Sugar Syrup

3 oz.  Orange Rooibos

2 Mists of Mezcal

1 Lemon and 1 Orange Swath



GARNISH:

Candied Orange Peel/Ginger & Torched Rosemary Sprig



PREPARATION:

Place the citrus peels in a mixing glass and muddle briskly and making sure to release the essential oils. Next add a scoop of ice and fill up with all other ingredients. Stir and serve with a mist of Mezcal.

The color is a decadent amber &  the complexity of the nose is a mix of smoky citrus sensation and the taste is balanced.  Its for sure not a shy cocktail… amaro lovers this one is for you!
