ROSSO AUTUNNO

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. Hendrick’s Gin

1 oz. Aperol

1 oz. Pomegranate Juice

1 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Top off with Brachetto D’Acqui Sparkling Wine

GARNISH: Red Apple

PREPARATION:

Start with a mixing glass and pour all the ingredients in except for  the Brachetto d’Acqui. Shake for 5 fast seconds and pour into a tumbler glass on the rocks. Top it off by slowly pouring in the sparkling wine.

The color is opaque orangey red like a fiery sunset and  the scent is like a bittersweet autumn bouquet.  The taste is well balanced & very refreshing thanks to the ying and yang of the ingredients. Tell the truth…YOU got thirsty just by reading this!!  Can you imagine when you drink it?
