Blushing Petal
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz pear vodka
0.75 oz Luxardo bitter
1 oz pineapple purée
0.5 oz rose water
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Ice cubes
Edible flower, for garnish
Angostura bitters, for garnish
PREPARATION:
Combine 1.5 oz of pear vodka, 0.75 oz of Luxardo bitter, 1 oz of pineapple purée, 0.5 oz of rose water, and 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
Strain the mixture into a coupe glass. For a decorative touch, add a few drops of Angostura bitters on top and use a toothpick to create heart shapes or other designs.
Garnish with an edible flower, placing it gently on the rim of the glass to add a vibrant and elegant touch.
