INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz rum
0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
1 oz celery-lime juice
0.5 oz matcha syrup
Ice cubes
Herb sprig and lime peel, for garnish
PREPARATION:
Combine 1.5 oz of rum, 0.75 oz of elderflower liqueur, 1 oz of celery-lime juice, and 0.5 oz of matcha syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes. For an elegant touch, garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs and a creatively cut lime peel.
