Amber Monkey

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz Monkey 47 Gin

0.75 oz Amaro Angeleno

0.75 oz Martini Ambrato

Ice cubes

Orange peel, for garnish

PREPARATION:

Combine 1.5 oz of Monkey 47 Gin, 0.75 oz of Amaro Angeleno, and 0.75 oz of Martini Ambrato in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently for about 20-30 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and properly diluted.
