Emerald Blossom

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz Suntory Whisky

0.75 oz matcha syrup

0.5 oz yuzu juice

0.5 oz lychee liqueur

2-3 drops rose water

Ice cubes

Pandan leaves, for garnish

PREPARATION:

Combine 1.5 oz of Suntory Whisky, 0.75 oz of matcha syrup, 0.5 oz of yuzu juice, 0.5 oz of lychee liqueur, and 2-3 drops of rose water in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.

Strain the mixture into a uniquely shaped glass, such as the one in the picture, filled with fresh ice cubes. Garnish with a few fresh pandan leaves for an elegant and aromatic touch.

Serve the Emerald Blossom immediately, enjoying the harmonious blend of Suntory Whisky's smoothness, the earthy notes of matcha syrup, the tart brightness of yuzu juice, the sweet floral taste of lychee liqueur, and the subtle aroma of rose water.
