INGREDIENTS:

1 oz Amaro Nardini

0.75 oz Aperol

0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

Top with Prosecco

Ice cubes

Lemon twist, for garnish

PREPARATION:

Combine 1 oz of Amaro Nardini, 0.75 oz of Aperol, and 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with Prosecco to add a refreshing fizz. Garnish with a lemon twist by expressing the oils over the glass before placing it on the rim.
