INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz Ron Zacapa Centenario Rum

0.75 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao

1 oz passion fruit purée

0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

PREPARATION:

Combine 1.5 oz of Ron Zacapa Centenario Rum, 0.75 oz of Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao, 1 oz of passion fruit purée, and 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
