PEACH TANGO

INGREDIENTS :

1 1/2 oz. R1 Rye Whiskey

1/2 oz. St Germain

3/4 0z. Peach Nectar (I recommend Yoga Peach Nectar)

3 Sage Leaves

1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour

1 Egg White


PREPARATION:

Directly in a Mixing glass muddle the sage with the sweet & sour until the liquid will turns slightly green. Next, add the Peach Nectar,  St. Germain, Rye Whiskey and egg white. Now shake hard and to thicken the mixture and make it frothy. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

The color is opaque orange, reminiscent of the fresh peach nectar. The first note that your nose will capture is the sage and the flowery notes of the peach. The taste is round and well balanced from the combination of the ingredients and makes this cocktail very versatile and a must have for any occasion.
