IRISH GARDEN

INGREDIENTS:

Small handful of diced cucumbers

1/2 oz.  Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1 1/2 oz. Well Vodka

1/2 oz.  Apple Pucker

1/2 oz.  Melon Liqueur

Top it off with Peroni lager beer

Green Apple sugar rim

PREPARATION:

In a mixing glass muddle the cucumber with the simple syrup and the lime juice. Add the vodka, apple pucker and melon liqueur and shake for 5 fast seconds. Pour into a apple-sugar rimmed tumbler or hurricane glass filled with ice and top it off with lager beer.
