CAFE ITALIANO

INGREDIENTS: 

1 1/2 oz. Touca1 oz. Brandy

1 oz. Tiramisu Liqueur

4 oz. Fresh Brewed Coffee


AMARETTO CREAM:
3/4 oz. Amaretto Disaronno
2-3 oz. Heavy Cream
GARNISH: Chocolate Star


PREPARATION:

Start by pouring in the Touca, Brandy and Tiramisu Liqueur into a Balloon Glass. Now add the coffee.. make sure your coffee is HOT.

In a shaker (without ice) pour the cream and add the Amaretto to taste … now dry shake (no ice) and slowly pour over your warm cocktail with the help of a spoon.
The colors layer from dark mocha brown to light vanilla ivory.  The first scent the nose gets is the unique characteristic of the Amaretto liqueur, the taste is deliciously silky warm and smooth ….another reason to love this Winter!
