BLUE DOVE

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. Rum

1 oz. Mezcal

1/4 oz. Blue Curacao

3/4 oz. Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup

1/2 oz.  Simple Syrup

PREPARATION :

This recipe is to remind everyone that when the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.  So let’s raise our glass and with this delicious cocktail toast to that!

In a shaker place all the ingredients in the recipe. When adding the syrup remember you can use more or less depending on how sweet you like it. Shake it hard for five fast seconds and strain into a high ball on the rocks.

The color is light translucent blue, just like the color of PEACE! The scent is a mixture of citrus and smokiness coming from the lime and the Mezcal and the taste is sweet, tart and delicious. Let’s take a moment, take a sip… and give peace a chance.
