BLOOD ORANGE DROP

Gin

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. Gin

3/4 oz. Aperol

3/4 oz. St Germain

1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice

1/2 oz. Blood Orange Juice or Puree


TANGERINE FOAM :

6  egg whites

6 oz. Sweet and Sour

1/2 oz. Tangerine or Orange Edible Perfume or Extract


PREPARATION :

First things first, get ready and prepare your Tangerine Foam, do not be intimidated by it! Its so easy and delicious!  If you aren’t sure how to make the foam just check out my video ‘THE CHAMPAGNE ROOM.’

In a Mixing glass pour all the ingredients (Gin, St Germain, Aperol, Fresh Grapefruit Juice & Fresh Blood Orange Juice or Puree) and add a scoop of ice. Now… shake it like a Polaroid picture!!  Strain and pour into an Old Fashioned Glass on the Rocks and top it with the Orange Foam.

The color is bright and brilliant red topped with the fluffy white foam reminiscent of marshmallow clouds. This drink is even delicious to LOOK at. The scent reminds me of the citrus groves in Sicily and the flavor is citrusy tart delicious.. you can’t have just one~~ I challenge you! Salute!
