VELASCO TWISTER
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. St.Germain
1 scoop Orange Sorbet
1 oz. Prosecco
Orange wedge
Garnish with a dried orange wheel
PREPARATION :
Start by muddling your orange wedge in a mixing glass. Next add the Gin, St. Germain, Orange Sorbet and a scoop of ice. Shake hard for 5 seconds, making sure that the sorbet has had the chance to melt completely. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top it off with your Prosecco or a Champagne.
The color is a rich coral, the exact hue depending on the color of the sorbet you use.. ranging from deep coral to a light peach color. The scent is fresh with citrus notes and the taste is elegant, delicate, DELICIOUS! This is fantastic Pre Dinner Cocktail for anyone and everyone…. Salute!
