THE TIE FIGHTER

Gin

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 oz. Star of Bombay Gin

1/2 oz. Martini Dry Vermouth

1 Mist of Yellow Chartreuse



GARNISH:

1 Lemon Peel

1 Stuffed Olive



PREPARATION:

Chill martini glasses by placing in the freezer.

Pour gin and vermouth into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Stir (DO NOT SHAKE!) until cold, at least 10 seconds.

Strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve straight up.

Garnish with our homemade Lemon Olive Tie Fighter.
