THE CHIMP

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum

1/2 oz. Pineapple Purée

1/2 oz. Creme de Banana

1 spoonful of fresh sugared whipped cream

GARNISH: Drizzle chocolate syrup in glass

PREPARATION:

Of course a drink that is named ‘The Chimp’ better have some bananas in it! Start by combining first three ingredients in your shaker. Next spoon in the fresh whipped cream and add ice..now shake for 5 fast seconds. Strain and pour into your chocolate rimmed martini glass and you’re done. Tropical vacay in a glass! You can even add that colorful little paper umbrella if you’d like! This drink screams summertime and poolside, no sunscreen or flip flops needed! The color is frosty white, the intoxicating scent is dominated by the tropical aromas,  the taste is silky and smooth with a sweet yet balanced after taste.
