Artichoke Negroni

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz gin

1 oz Cynar

1 oz Campari

1 oz Carpano Antica Formula

2 dashes chestnut bitters

Ice cubes

Lemon twist, for garnish

PREPARATION:

Combine 1 oz of gin, 1 oz of Cynar, 1 oz of Campari, and 1 oz of Carpano Antica Formula in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Stir gently for about 20-30 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and properly diluted.

Strain the mixture into an old, ornate vintage tumbler filled with a large ice cube. Add 2 dashes of chestnut bitters on top for a subtle nutty depth. Garnish with a lemon twist, expressing the oils over the glass before placing it on the rim.
