INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. POM Pomegranate Juice

1  oz. Karma Tequila Silver

1/2 oz. Banana Cordial

1/4 of a Fresh Banana

1 TSP of Ground Cinnamon


GARNISH:

White chocolate cinnamon dipped Pomegranate seeds


PREPARATION:

Lets start by placing the fresh Banana, Cinnamon & Pomegranate Juice  in the blender and blend on low until you have a nice puree. Double strain and pour the mix into your shaker and add the Tequila and the Banana Cordial with a scoop of ice. Now shake it for 5 fast seconds. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass over a single large ice cube.

Garnish with white chocolate cinnamon dipped Pomegranate seed just like you see in the picture.

For a delicious cold weather cocktail this is also wonderful served hot with a cinnamon stick and orange slice inside.

The color is deep maroon with red veins and the first scent the nose captures is the cinnamon and the banana. The taste reminds me of a delicious cinnamon & fruit pie that my grandma.. reminiscent of a rich mulled wine used to make each fall. Perfection!
