DULCHE DE LECHE

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ oz or(6ct) Vanilla Vodka

1/2 oz or  (2ct) Caramel Vodka or Godiva Caramel

1/2 oz or (2ct) Irish Cream

¼ oz or (1 ct) Whipped Cream


PREPARATION:

Fill the shaker with ice. Add the Vodka and the Caramel Liquor, the Irish cream and the cream, shake briskly .Strain into a chilled martini glass garnish and serve.

The presence of the cream influences the color and the smell .The taste is initially warm, almost aggressive, and becomes creamy and rounded leaving a long and persistent caramel sensation in the mouth.
