BASSANO 1779

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ oz.  Nardini Amaro

1 oz.  Kentucky Straight Bourbon

2 Dashes Peach Bitters

3 oz.  Ginger Ale

GARNISH:

Peach slice and mint sprig

PREPARATION:

Here we go! A drink preparation cannot get easier than this one!

All you need to do is to pour over ice in a highball glass all the ingredients following the order of the recipe.

Top the drink with Ginger Ale and stir gently so as not to lose the bubbly feeling of the soda.

The color is dark honey amber and the spices of the Amaro make it hard to pick out one singular scent coming to your nose… its an intoxicating mix of smells. The flavor is masculine, bittersweet with a very intriguing aftertaste of delicious peaches.
