INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 oz. Citrus Vodka
3/4 oz. Zen Liqueur
½ oz. Yuzu Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 Taro root
PREPARATION:
Fill the shaker with ice; while the shaker is chilling start pouring all the ingredients in the mixing glass, pour the water off the melted ice and shake vigorously. Stir it into a chilled martini glass.
Light Green with yellow reflections, this cocktail realizes the complex perfume of citrus and herbs.
The intense taste of the vodka dissolves in the warmness of the green tea liquor.
